When Charlie & Sprocket was asked to produce Ontra’s 1st ever company off-site within 5 weeks for 150 employees from around the world, we accepted the challenge without hesitation.
Known as the industry’s leading legal contracting solutions provider, Ontra’s primary focus for the event was to motivate and create a synergy across the company’s multiple-city offices and align on new strategies for the upcoming year while generating enthusiasm around new product offerings and the upcoming brand design launch. The success of the offsite would rely on the networking and offsite experiential activities.
C&S played a key role as Lead on the destination & venue search, vendor contracting, food & beverage, experiential planning, and production logistics.
C&S approached this initiative with excitement & passion. The 3-day event opened with a sunset Welcome & Registration soiree on the hotel’s rooftop terrace and closed with a private event at one of New Orleans’s finest restaurants where guests dined on a curated menu paired with specialty cocktails and selected wines.
